Neighborhood: Times Square
Type of Place: Parks

Description:
Father Duffy Square borders Broadway and Seventh Avenue between 46th and 47th Street. It recently underwent a massive renovation which includes cafe-style seating, and illuminated steps atop the TKTS booth that make it a perfect spot for picture-taking, snuggling next to your favorite person, or just taking a breather from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. The park is named after military chaplain, Father Francis Patrick Duffy (1871-1932), whose statue stands at the entrance to the square.
