YUCO LAUNCHES AGAVE ROOM

Yuco, the Yucatan-inspired restaurant in Greenwhich Village, is launching the Agave Room a more casual space where visitors can enjoy craft cocktails and small bites.
Bites include crispy octopus with chipotle crema, Berkshire pork belly Al Pastor, a Wagyu steak taco and braised oxtail is mole sauce with house-made tortillas. A new 3-course prix fixe menu is also available for $95.
Yuco boasts different 100 agave-based spirits. Cocktails include Spicy Margarita (Lunazul Humoso Tequila, Agave Nectar, Spice), Five Ages of Corn (Abasolo Ancestral Corn Mexican Whisky, Nixta Licor de Elote, Corn), and Everything but the Pulp (Beef Fat Washed Ten to One Dark Rum, Feijoas).
