The Black Truffle Fest is on!
June 29, 2021, 6:37.18 pm ET
The Black Truffle Festival is underway. The Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium has partnered with Urbani Truffles to create some black truffle magic. Throughout the week, food and wine enthusiasts across the country will have the opportunity to indulge in exclusive festival menus featuring Italy’s most treasured ingredients at some of the country’s most esteemed restaurants. Several New York City restaurants are participating, including Keste, Eataly Downtown & Flatiron, Lupa, Olio e Piu, Osteria Brooklyn, Don Antonio, Nello, Vice Versa and more. In the wake of such a challenging year for restaurants, the Black Truffle Festival sponsors will donate funds to the Restaurant Workers Community Foundation, an organization that aids restaurant workers impacted by the pandemic. The Festival runs from June 26 through July 4.
