STAR-STUDDED CAST SET FOR MYTHS AND HYMNS

MasterVoices will offer a special online presentation of Adam Guettel’s acclaimed 1988 theatrical song cycle, “Myths and Hymns,” starting on Thursday January 13. This unique online staging, conceived by Ted Sperling, will include short films that will help illustrate the protagonist’s exploration of Flight, Work, Love and Faith. The song cycle will be presented in four chapters spread over 23 episodes to be broadcast throughout the winter and spring.
Participating artists for this project include such performers as Anderson & Roe, Take 6, Julia Bullock, Renée Fleming, Joshua Henry, Capathia Jenkins, Mykal Kilgore, Norm Lewis, Jose Llana, Kelli O'Hara, Elizabeth Stanley, Daniel Breaker, Anthony Roth Costanzo, Joshua Henry, Cheyenne Jackson, Nicholas Phan and John Lithgow.
