O by Kissaki Makes a Splash in East Hampton

O by Kissaki, a new concept from Kissaki called otsumami (small plates), is now open in East Hampton. It's a departure from the omakase menu Executive Chef Mark Garcia is known for. At O By Kissaki diners will discover assorted seafood and skewers cooked Japanese-style on a robata grill.

Plates range from King Crab with red kosho butter and togarashi threads, and Lobster Tail split with sweet miso butter, to Shio Koji Chicken with negi and green kosho, and crispy Hamachi Kama Karaage served with ginger aioli. Nigiri and Maki offerings are also available along with with craft cocktails designed to pair well with the cuisine.
