Now you can have a temaki party at home. The Nami Nori Temaki Party Kit – a customizable, comprehensive kit - includes all of the elements to make your own temaki in the comfort of your home from the team at Nami Nori in the West Village.
Available for both delivery and pickup, the Nami Nori Temaki Party Kit [starting at $100; serves 4] is curated by chef-partners Taka Sakaeda and Jihan Lee and includes all of the house-made and hand-selected ingredients used at Nami Nori. Each Temaki Kit includes:
- Basics to build temaki, including Sushi Rice, Nori Sheets, Wasabi and Pickled Ginger
- Signature house-made Sauces like Spicy Mayo, Chojang [a Korean pepper and vinegar sauce], Nikiri Soy [seasoned soy sauce], Poke Soy [sweet soy sauce with sesame oil] and X.O. Sauce [made with dried scallop and shrimp, shallots and garlic]
- Traditional Toppings like Cucumber, Scallion and Daikon
- Garnishes including Ume Plum Sesame Seeds, Crispy Shallots, Diced Jalapenos, Crispy Carrots and Micro Cilantro
- Customizable Mains [priced a la carte] like Toro, Yellowtail, Tuna, Salmon, Scallop, Crab, Ikura, Tobiko, Maitake Mushroom, Squash and Green Goddess Avocado. Mains will rotate based on availability and seasonal specials will be introduced.
The Nami Nori Temaki Party Kit is available for pickup or delivery [in Manhattan below 34th St], and each ingredient is packaged in reusable or recyclable containers.
