MCC ANNOUNCES STAR-FILLED CAST FOR MISCAST21

MCC Theater has announced full casting for its “Miscast21,” benefit premiering on Sunday, May 16 at 8pm on MCC’s YouTube Channel. A pre-show featuring a look back at iconic performances from previous Miscast galas will begin at 7:30pm. The broadcast will remain available through 11:59pm on Thursday, May 20.
The cast includes Annaleigh Ashford, Melissa Barrera, Gavin Creel, Robin de Jesús, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Cheyenne Jackson, Jai’Len Josey, LaChanze, Idina Menzel, Kelli O’Hara, Billy Porter, Kelly Marie Tran, Aaron Tveit and Patrick Wilson. The event will also feature special appearances by numerous other celebrities, including Jennifer Garner, Laurie Metcalf and Lin-Manuel Miranda.
In addition, there will be an auction including such items as personal video messages from Judith Light and Julianna Margulies, and limited edition “Miscast21” merchandise is also now on sale. including totes, hats, mugs, and a t-shirt.
