''Looking Up'' statue arrives at Rockefeller Center

Artist Tom Friedman's aluminum statue called "Looking Up" stands 10 feet tall and looks onto the channel gardens at Rockefeller Center. The human-like figure is made from crushed aluminumfoil pans through a process of molding and wax casting.
The installation can be found at 5th Avenue between 49th and 50th Streets and will be on display through March 19th.

Also on view is a traditional concept of a wood shed made from stacked birch logs and pops of blue created from sustainably-sourced timber and recycled decking.
