Kimika to showcase Japanese Wagyu Beef

Kimika, the Japanese-Italian restaurant in Nolita, is partnering with a Japanese organization, to showcase Japanese Wagyu Beef. The House of Japanese Wagyu campaign features more than 60 restaurants in New York and Los Angeles with the addition of exclusive Wagyu dishes.
Kimika’s Shabu Shabu menu ($250) features a variety of cuts including, A5 wagyu strip loin, 100 day dry aged ribeye, short rib & bone marrow tortellini, among others. It is accompanied by such things as uni, yaki onigiri, fresh noodles, and mixed mushrooms such as nebrodini, maitake and enoki. A selection of housemade shabu saucesare also being offered. Mochi bomboloncini with nutella, toasted sesame, and hazelnut for dessert.
Reservations, beginning Friday, February 12th are available on Tock with two seating per night. Happy to share additional information or images if interested.
