Rendering: Lincoln Center
You Are Here: Lincoln Center will literally come alive with “You Are Here,” a free public sculpture, sound, and live performance installation at Hearst Plaza conceived by award-winning choreographer Andrea Miller. From July 14-23, visitors will experience a free sculpture and sound installation in which sculptures by famed scenic designer Mimi Lien house a speaker through which audio portraits of ordinary New Yorkers are projected. From July 24–30 at 7pm, these audio portraits are then replaced by live performances featuring Miller’s dance company, Gallim. Tickets are available through www.TodayTix.com

Orfeh: One of Broadway’s most powerful vocalists, the star of “Saturday Night Fever” and “Pretty Woman” will have you dancing in your seats from July 15-17 at Feinstein’s/54 Below with a dynamic collection of showtunes and pop hits, performed alongside pals Eric Anderson, Marissa Rosen and Raymond J. Lee. www.54below.com
Two Noble Kinsmen: Even if you think you’ve seen all of the Bard’s plays, you may have missed this rarely-seen tragicomic work by Shakespeare and John Fletcher. For this go-round by the Drilling Company, director Hamilton Clancy is re-envisioning the original story of Thebes and Athens into a modern spy caper complete with two Russian spies, a corporate magnate and an Interpol spy-catcher. Performances take place at the Clemente Parking Lot (107 Suffolk Street) from July 15-17 and 28-30 as well as in Bryant Park from July 19-21. www.shakespeareintheparkinglot.com
Why It Matters: New York City Ballet principal Lauren Lovette has created this one-night only gala on July 16 at Spring Studios, which features four of her new choreographic works. Lovette will be joined on stage by fellow dancers Unity Phelan, Indiana Woodward, Victor Abreu, Gilbert Bolden III, Preston Chamblee, Laine Habony, Herman Cornejo, Hee Seo, Zimmi Coker, Patrick Frenette, Remy Young and Julian Mackay.
