Eleven months after opening under its glowing chandeliers, Gage & Tollner located in Downtown, Brooklyn is launching two new delivery only concepts tomorrow: Gage & Tollner at Home and the Sunken Harbor Club.

Gage & Tollner at Home offers meal kits, prepped and ready to cook and prepare at home. Two selections are being offered to start: Braised Heritage Pork with Seasonal Vegetables and Fresh Biscuits, which comes with drinking chocolate and housemade marshmallows; and a Dry-Aged New York State Grass-fed Ribeye Dinner. The ribeye kit includes French onion soup with croutons, broccoli gratin, wedge salad with bacon and blue cheese dressing, and chocolate-walnut brownies with salted caramel sauce. Both kits come in charming packages complete with instructions. A selection of wine chosen by sommelier, Étienne Guérin, is available, as are classic cocktails in 375ml and 750ml bottles.

Sunken Harbor Club is offering a selection of tropical drinks, and a menu of craveable global bar food. Cocktails include tiki classics like the Jungle Bird (blackstrap rum, pineapple, and Campari) and the Mai Tai (rum, orange, almond, and lime), and Sunken Harbor Club originals like the Long Nine (italian amaro, sherry, coconut, lime, and cacao). The food menu features yuba spring rolls, glazed pork spareribs, fried rice okonomiyaki, and other goodies. For spirit aficionados, there is the Commodore's Collection — 2 ounce bottles of "rare and extraordinary" spirits, like Ak Zanj, a 15-year-old Haitian rum aged in French oak.

Both menus are available for pickup or delivery starting tomorrow, Wednesday, February 17.

St. John Frizell, one of Gage & Tollner's co-owners, writes, "As you know, off-site dining was not part of our original concept. We wanted every Gage & Tollner meal to take place in our landmarked dining room. But the world has changed, and demands that we change with it. We truly believe that our new delivery concepts carry the original spirit of Gage & Tollner into the pandemic age, and we hope you agree. "

Gage & Tollner plans to resume indoor dining once the state gives the goahead for 50 percent capacity.

Gage& Tollner is located at 372 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY, 11201
