Crudo
New York City’s Farm-to-Bar Cocktail Lounge, FESTIVÁL, is unveiling its new fall menu with signature cocktails and a carefully curated menu.
Look for things like Baked Oysters on a warm baguette with miso crab and n’duja butter, U40 Chilled Shrimp Cocktail, and Snapper Crudo with white ponzu. Also on the menu, warm Connecticut lobster rolls and flatbread topped with truffled sweet corn and Bentons bacon.
Summer Berry Spritz
Mixologist, Devan van Eyck, is also offering seasonal craft cocktails. Look for drinks like the Summer Berry Spritz (Grey Goose Essence, Fresh Summer Berries, Barefoot Lemongrass Syrup, Prosecco, Seltzer) and the Loving Cup (Spring44 Gin, Festival Sweet Vermouth Blend, Rocky’s Botanical Liqueur, Choya Tuzu, Seltzer).
All of the cocktails and menu items are sourced from local purveyors, farmers, fisheries, and orchards including Botanicals, Berried Treasures Farm, Bad Boys Oysters, Norwich Meadows Farm, and Montauk Shellfish Company.
