Baita, fashioned after a ski lodge in the Italian Alps, takes shape at Eataly

Baita, the Alpine rooftop pop-up, is now located curbside outside Eataly in Flatiron in a village of heated chalets. The menu features dishes like Raclette warmed over an open flame and served with fingerling potatoes and roasted root vegetables; Wild Hive Polenta is garnished with housemade ragù alla Bolognese, ragù di cinghiale with wild boar among others; Cena del Rifugio or "Mountain Hut Dinner" for two; and Loacker Tiramisù, made with chocolate-covered espresso wafer cookies from Loacker. $45 per person.
