American Brass is offering a special 3-course prix-fixe menu for Valentine's Day. Diners will have a choice of appetizers including Seared Foie Gras "Terrine" and Tuna Crudo. Entrees include Roast Beef Strip Loin, Scallops with Lobster Sabayan and Angolotti with Butternut Squash. Chocolate Passionfruit Tart and Lemon Trifle area among the desserts. The $90 meal starts with a glass of champagne. Indoor dining and outdoor greenhouses are available.
