A 15 Pound Burrito? That's no April Fool's joke

For National Burrito Day celebrated on the first Thursday in April, Cantina Rooftop’s Chef Saul Montiel will debut the Big Ass Taco’s cousin… the Big Ass Burrito (BAB), and no this is not an April Fool’s joke!
Available for the whole month of April, guests can indulge in this 15-pound burrito made with a choice of chicken or hanger steak and stuffed with Mexican rice, chipotle puree, black beans, chihuahua cheese, lettuce, avocado, queso fresco, radishes, pico de gallo, salsa ranchera, Morita and avocado sauces, and sour cream, all wrapped in a giant homemade tortilla.

This colossal culinary creation feeds six to eight people and is priced at $80, so it’s the perfect sharing option for group dinners of families and friends. Not to mention the ultimate foodie Insta- worthy moment.
Cantina Rooftop is located at 605 West 48th Street in Hell’s Kitchen.
