A 10-course Wagyu tasting menu to-go

MIFUNE New York, the Michelin-recognized Japanese restaurant in Midtown, has partnered with the House of Japanese Wagyu to create a tasting menu entirely of Japanese Wagyu beef. The 10-course tasting menu comes in the form of a Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu A5 Premium Omakase Box Set, and is available for takeout and delivery. Highlights include:
- Wagyu Shiso Squid Ink Katsu
- Japanese Style Wagyu Meatballs
- Wagyu Tartare & Caviar
- Wagyu & Black Truffle Takikomi Rice
The box serves two people and is available for $180. Add-ons are also available in the form of desserts and champagnes, including Brut Extra NV1er Cru Blanc de Blancs. The full offering can be found here.
