A new rooftop lounge has emerged in the heart of Times Square. The Haven at the boutique Sanctuary Hotel is a sleek 2,500 foot urban oasis nine stories above West 47th Street (Cloud Nine as a note in the elevator indicates). There is plenty of lounge seating and cabanas making it the perfect escape for cocktails on a sunny afternoon or for a night under the stars. The rooftop will be open starting at 4pm daily and is already being advertised for private functions. The "official" opening to the public is not expected until June 14th, but by the looks of things it is certain to be a go-to destination. - Thomas Rafael
