Cellar Dog, a 9,000 square-foot live music venue and game hall (75 Christopher Street) has opened at the former Fat Cat space; it will operate five days a week from Wednesdays to Sundays from 2pm to 4 am with plans to extend its hours in the fall.
The venue features a variety of games including pool tables, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, checkers, chess, as well as antique and novelty games including Pac Man and many more. A regular live entertainment schedule will be available throughout the week. The space is also outfitted with the latest purifying air filters, contactless ordering, updated restrooms, and touchless hand dryers.
The casual food and beverage menu features small bites including movie theater-style nachos, grandma’s pizza, pretzels, and custom ice cream, coupled with wine, seltzers, and a variety of beers on tap.
