It's the creation of club guru and restaurateur Steven Greenberg. This sprawling rooftop lounge comes complete with palm trees and cabanas, two full bars and stunning views of the Empire State Building and pretty much the whole city. It’s filled with lots of beautiful ladies in pumps and pumped up men sipping $12 drinks while nibbling on Malaysian finger food.
