Young Street Poke Co., led by Hawaii native and restaurateur Natalie Graham, offers pure and superb Hawaiian poke. Specializing in poke don, Young Street offers customizable bowls. While customers have the choice to customize their entire meal, pre-designed dons include The Big Island Classic ($11) with ahi tuna, onions, scallions, cucumber and seaweed marinated in soy sauce and the Picante ($11) with ahi tuna, onions, tomato, red radishes, cilantro and a jalapeño sauce.
