Cititour Review:

Wu Liang's is well-known for its spicy Szechuan dishes. While the restaurant itself is somewhat of a plain Jane, the food really stands out. The crystal seafood and asparagus dumplings ($4.25) are excellent and look like little stars. The cold noodles with spicy sesame sauce ($4.50) is the best I've ever tasted, and when they say "spicy," they mean it! For a main course, we tried the prawns with fresh asparagus ($12.50). The shrimps are huge and plentiful and the asparagus firm, not wilted. The prawns with citrus sauce (also $12.50) was interesting, but the cream sauce was a bit too heavy for my liking. Another specialty of the house is the tea smoked duck with ginger which we hope to try on our next visit.
