Located on the site of a former auto shop, The Bowery Market is an open-air space featuring a collection of small restaurants. At The Butcher's Daughter find cold-pressed juices, smoothies, sandwiches and salads. Alidoro is serving a huge selection of hot and cold sandwiches, like the Brando made with smoked chicken breast, provolone, sweet roasted pepper and arugula. At Pulqueria there are Mexican juices called bebidas, and tacos filled with things like chipotle chicken, slow-roasted pork shoulder, strip steak, grilled fish and vegetables. Sushi on Jones lets diners enjoy a full $50 Omakase with scallop, crab, hamachi, uni, eel, tuna, shrimp, wagyu and salmon. It's served over a 30-minute stretch.
