Tapas Y Papas is small concession on the plaza between 42nd and 43rd Street just off Broadway. Here you will find Bocadillos, Spanish sandwiches served on a crusty baguette, and classic Spanish omelettes, or tortillas, made with potato egg and caramelized onions. The tortillas are served with three different types of aioli; smoked paprika, sundried tomato or cucumber yogurt. Each is served with a side of freshly made potato chips. Or, get a paper cone filled with aged Manchego cheese and Serrano ham. It's perfect for nibbling on while taking in the sights of Times Square.
