Cakes

Sacher Torte - 3 layers of moist chocolate cake filled with raspberry preserves, topped with chocolate ganache & gold leaf.

Dulce de Leche Cake - a 3 layer vanilla cake with dulce de leche (butterscotch) filling, covered with white butter cream.

Moka Cake - 3 layers of moist chocolate cake filled with mocha pastry cream, topped by mocha butter cream.
 
Chocolate  Mousse Cake - pure chocolate mousse over a layer of almond dacquoise, covered with dark and light chocolate triangles.

Fraisier - a true french version of strawberry shortcake, with fresh strawberries surrounded by light pastry and whipped creams and  vanilla cake, all covered with a thin layer of white chocolate. 

Opera Cake - the classic square 3 layer genoise cake separated by mocha pastry cream, vanilla  pastry cream and chocolate pastry cream, topped with chocolate ganache.

Tiramisu Cake - a light-as-air confection of eggs, cream and mascarpone cheese, covered in chocolate shavings surrounded by decorated cake stripes.
 
Carrot Cake - a lightly spiced white cake filled with raisins and carrots, and the fragrance of oranges, topped by a sweet orange-scented cream cheese

White Breads

Baguette - A traditional french bread, slowly fermented in small batches. Lots of delicious crust, and a soft inside crumb, made both as a traditional baguette & in a more rustic shape. 7 ½ % bread - A round loaf based on an old French recipe where moistened bread crumbs are added to the dough, creating dense, soft, bread with a complex flavor; this loaf makes terrific sandwiches - ingredients: unbleached bread flour, rye flour, water, yeast, salt. 1 lb.

Apricot-hazelnut parisienne - Stuffed with dried apricots and toasted hazelnuts. Because of its baguette shape It can easily be broken off into little rolls. Its natural sweetness makes it a great bread for both breakfast and cheese courses - ingredients: unbleached bread flour, rye flour, water, dried apricots, hazelnuts, yeast, salt. 1 lb

Cheese bread (pain au fromage de Gruyere) - This bread is filled with chunks of Gruyere cheese, adding a deep richness to the flavor - ingredients: unbleached bread flour, water, gruyere cheese, yeast, canola oil, pecorino cheese, salt. 1 lb
Fig and pepper bread - One of our most popular, this bread in baguette form is filled with chopped figs, with just a touch of barely noticeable white pepper adding a deep richness to the flavor - ingredients: unbleached bread flour, rye flour, water, figs, yeast, salt, white pepper. 1 lb
 
 
Whole Wheat Breads

Whole wheat bread- A slightly sweet bread, using a combition of flours and textures. The natural bran ,contributes to its hearty flavor and healthful attributes - ingredients: whole wheat, rye, unbleached bread flour, water, yeast, honey,non-GMO canola oil, salt. 1 ½ lbs & 2lbs 6 oz

Raisin-walnut bread - A moist whole wheat filled with crunchy walnuts & sweet raisins, make this perfect for breakfast or snacks - ingredients: whole wheat, rye, unbleached bread flour, water, yeast, raisins, walnuts, honey,non-GMO canola oil, cinnamon, salt. 1 ½ lbs

Multi-grain bread - The addition of many kinds of grain, plus wheatberries and sunflower seeds, makes this the most complex of our whole wheat breads - ingredients: whole wheat, rye, unbleached bread flour, water, yeast, multi-grains, whole wheatberries, sunflower seeds, honey,non-GMO canola oil, salt. 1 ½ lbs

Ethiopian bread - These black caraway seeds from Ethiopia,sometimes called chernuska or nigella seeds, give a delightfully, slightly sour, taste to this square bread - ingredients: unbleached bread flour, rye flour, water, levain, black carawy seeds, salt. 1 lb

Pain de Campagne (rustic country sourdough) - Our largest bread @ 5 lbs, can be purchased by whole, half or quarter.
