If you're looking for old world charm, reliable service and the taste of Spain, head to Sancho's. It's run by two friendly gentlemen who guide it with a steady hand. There are two things to order here - sangria by the pitcher (white or red) and one of their tasty paella dishes.

Dinner begins with traditional Spanish tapas; potato croquetas, stuffed mushrooms, shrimp ajillo in a garlic sauce, serrano ham with manchego cheese, and calamari in ink sauce. Pan-fried choirizo, Spanish sausages, are also quite addictive.  Chicken, veal and fish are well represented on the menu. A broiled lobster stuffed with fresh crab meat is show-stopper.  But after several visits we'd recommend the steaks, which are cooked perfectly, and the house specialty, seafood paella. You can also get it with chicken. 

Paella is served tableside in large cast-iron pots and is great for sharing. The Valencia is filled with briny clams, shrimps, scallops and mussels on a bed of yellow rice (lobster is extra).  The sirloin steak is also quite good, perfectly charred around the edges and medium rare as requested in the center. It's served with a pile of house-made potato chips. Desserts include flan with caramel sauce and chocolate mousse cake.
