When you "think noodle," think Republic. This Pan-Asian restaurant offers noodle dishes from China, Japan and Vietnam. Here the food is as colorful as it is tasty. Oriental spices, curry and coconut milk mingle with fresh vegetables, duck and seafood in a wide array of noodle dishes and broths. Great slate bar, huge space and a trendy clientele. Reasonably priced. Noodle dishes start at about $7-$8 dollars.
