It's Octoberfest any month of the year at Reichenbach Hall, a sprawling German beer hall in Midtown. The restaurant run by brothers, Keith and Willy Reichenbach, is serving up schnitzels, wursts and pretzels along with 15 different types of beer. And with mugs the size of pitchers there's plenty to cheer about. Waitresses dressed in low-cut, blue plaid shirts and knee-highs add to the festive mood.
