Cititour Review:

Ping's is a popular Chinatown spot for both tourists and locals. In the early part of the day you can get traditional dim sum dishes. We tried the steamed shrimp dumplings and the bite-size spare ribs cooked in a black bean sauce. Both were excellent, as was the sizzling plate of monster-sized oysters we ordered cooked in a delicious ginger and garlic sauce. Also, make sure to try the chrysanthemum tea. Because Ping's is popular, getting a table can be difficult at times and you might wind up sharing, which is part of the fun. We were seated with a couple from England, who loved the food, but were a bit stunned when the fish they ordered came to the table alive for their approval. Good service. $25-$35 per person. Major credit cards accepted.
