Lively Vietnamese food can be found at Pho Hoai, a popular spot in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Most people opt for large bowls of pho with a rich beef broth, rice noodles and fresh herbs. It's served with several types of meat including brisket, eye round, meatballs and grilled pork chops. Seafood and vegetarian options are also offered. Crispy pork spring rolls are wrapped in lettuce leaves and fresh mint before being dipped in a sweet and sour sauce.  Banh Cuon Cha Lua is another interesting dish served with pork two ways over a  steamed rice crepe. Cubes of marinated beef, rich in flavor, tops a bowl of vermicelli in a dish called Bun Bo Luc Lac.
