Lincoln Ristorante offers modern Italian cuisine from Chef Shea Gallante. Located at Lincoln Center, the restaurant boasts spectacular views of the Revson Fountain. Locally sourced ingredients from the neighborhood's Tucker Square Greenmarket are used when possible, along with items imported from Italy. Pasta dishes are abundant on the menu, including Ravioli Bigusto with a mushroom-chestnut and smoked ricotta filling and Fettucine con Tartufo Bianco with housemade pasta, parmigiano reggiano, butter and fresh white alba truffle. Main courses include roasted king salmon, diver scallops with a cleriac-apple puree, and braised short rib with pearl barley risotto. The restaurant also features a Negroni Bar.
