Kobeyaki operates several New York City locations offering Asian-inspired fast food including burgers, rolls, bowls and buns. Burgers include one made with wagyu beef, teriyaki onions and spicy mayo. A deep-fried soft shell crab is topped with fresh slaw, extra crab, and cucumber on a soft bun. It's quite good. Bowls come with you choice of noodles, rice and salad with assorted proteins. Rolls include shrimp tempura and spicy salmon. For dessert, try a green tea ice cream sandwich made with coconut cookies. Beer and sake is also sold.
