Ichigo, a sushi spot in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, goes above and beyond when it comes to its creative rolls. But there is one thing you need to try if you are in the area. They call it the dinosaur egg. It’s this huge egg-shaped mass sculpted out of avocado topped with a special sauce and red caviar. Crack in open and the center is filled with crunchy lobster. It’s visually stunning and just as tasty. The sushi is also very good, including house specials like the Volcano Roll with spicy tuna, crab and salmon on top of a crispy rice roll.  Beer and sake is also available. Friendly service.
