Details:

First there was the Mulberry Project in Little Italy. Then came the Vinatta Project in the Meatpacking District. Now it's the Greenwich Project in the Village that is taking the city by storm. With trendsetting concepts guaranteed to win over foodies, the Project Group is creating hotspots one neighborhood at a time. The New American menu created by Chef Carmine Di Giovanni features small plates that are served downstairs, and a more formal dining experience upstairs. Small plates include dishes like crispy pork bell with a fresh kimchi salad, chicken skin crackling with apricot jam and Nantucket Bay scallops served with shaved blood orange ice. Upstairs, you can add poached lobster grits with a chocolate-lobster jus to the lost, along with a Peekytoe crab salad with citrus textures. Mains include short ribs with parsnip agnolotti, a prime dry-aged ribeye with compressed potato and a cream spinach "smear," and lamb loin served with a curry goat cheese yogurt. And while you're there, be sure to check out their innovative cocktails, like the Garden Bloody Mary garnished with mint and bell pepper, and the Pimm's Melon Punch made with Pimm's, lemon, honey dew and cardamom.
