DuMont Burger, and offshoot of its neighbor, the very popular and delicious DuMont in Williamsburg, is a hamburger-focused restaurant that also serves their mini burgers at Smorgasburg in Williamsburg and DUMBO on the weekends.
DuMont Burger packed a lot of taste in their mini burger. The patty was cooked just the way at a wonderful medium rare temperature. The bun was simple but sweet and paired well with the burger’s juicy ooze. The American cheese made it a classic cheeseburger. Some rabbit food topped the cheese, along with some choice condiments; ketchup and mayonnaise of course. Typical mini burger flaws were nowhere to be found, as the burger burst with flavor and satisfied that last bit of hunger.
A stop at DuMont Burger, or their booth at Smorgasburg, is a must. It’s a simple burger, but is likely the most pleasant bite of food one can consume in Wiliamsburg on a given day.
