Dayboat prides itself on providing the freshest fish. The menu at this spot in Sunnyside, Queens leans toward South America, in particular Peru, but also has a global reach.  Traditional seafood ceviches are made with leche de tigre (lime,celery, onion and dashi), also known as "tiger's milk."  Tiradito, similar to sashimi, is available with your choice of scallops, aji tuna, mahi-mahi or the fish of the day.  Another Peruvian specialty, "anticuchos," made with marinated heart is served on skewers with huacatay sauce and hominy. It's also available with grilled octopus and chimichurri. Larger plates include a seafood paella made with shrimp, mussels and squid with arborio rice and Andean chillies.  See more
