Classic cocktails and prime cuts of beef await at Cote, a high end Korean steakhouse in Flatiron. David Shim, formerly of M. Wells, is the Executive Chef, but be prepared to do much of the cooking yourself on 24 gas-fired grills imported from Japan and designed to be smokeless. The special is a "butcher's feast" costing $45 per person. It offers four cuts of beef and traditional Korean condiments. Dress to impress.
