Details:

Arlington Club is Chef/Partner Laurent Tourondel's tribute to steak. The luxe, bi-level space designed by ICRAVE features vaulted ceilings and soaring steel arches. Curved navy blue leather banquettes line the walls of the main dining room with additional seating available on a second floor loft. Signature dishes include Tourondel's 28-day, dry-aged Cote de Boeuf for two ($130) and Dover Sole "Modern Meuiere" ($59) with preserved lemon, capers and fresh herbs. Appetizers range from Clams Casino to Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and Filet Mignon Carpaccio with a truffle hollandaise. Nearly a dozen different steaks are offered. Each is hand-selected USDA prime or certified Black Angus dry-aged for 28 days. There is a Prime Rib Eye Bone In ($65), a Prime New York Sirloin ($54) and the Delmonico ($62). You will also find lamb chops, roasted chicken and short rib lasagna. Chef Tourondel is also combining his classic French training with his love of Japanese technique to create an inventive sushi menu. Dishes like Lobster California ($18) with avocado, cucumber and lemon tartar, and Spicy-Crispy Rock Shrimp with smashed avocado, yuzu and jalapeno. Arlington Club is also offering a full brunch menu with classics like Eggs Benedict along with Country-style Buttermilk Pancakes, and Bagel & Lox with Scottish smoked salmon. Arlington Club is a perfect spot for a special night out, or a power dinner or brunch. - Thomas Rafael
