A&E Supply Co in the Gowanus section of Brooklyn is a restaurant, coffee shop and whole animal butcher.  By day you will be able to buy grass-fed Hardwick beef, pasture raised lamb and pork, along with free-range chicken.  By night, the space transforms into a 50-seat restaurant and cocktail bar.  Look for things like beer can chicken, a double cut pork chop, steak o' the day, and the A&E burger with cheddar and house-made bacon. The restaurant is also offering Welfleet oysters and local scallops.
